 How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you from Byford, WA 6122

• READY TO SHIP We aim to have all parcels dispatched within 3 business days of order placement but please allow up to 5 business days during busy times.

• CUSTOM HANDMADE We aim to have all parcels dispatched within 4 week of order placement but please allow up to 6 weeks during busy times.

• Please refer to Australia Post for up to date shipping time frames on your selected postage method.

• Tracking numbers will be provided for you to be able to track your parcel.

Where is my order?

• Once your order is dispatched you will receive email confirmation containing a tracking number.
• You can track your parcel via either the Australia Post website or MyPost app.
• If for whatever reason you have not received your email please log into your Baby Belle account for an update or email info@babybellehandmade.com with your order number.

Baby Belle Au is not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when making payment. Baby Belle Au will not take any responsibility if your details are incorrect & your items are sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, your item will be reshipped at your expense. If your item is not returned we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
